In hiring a Realtor, you are not looking at friends, family or a shiny resume. You are looking for the best person to find you a buyer and bring you competitive contracts to review. I knew of Tim As a neighbor and a friend. I knew how intelligent and well spoken he was. But I didn’t know his capabilities to sell my house. So I asked Tim to provide me a listing presentation to demonstrate his knowledge of the current market and if selected, how he would market my property and bring buyers to a sale. He was the perfect Realtor in describing a robust marketing plan, using a broad spectrum of media tools, and personal representations. Signing the listing agreement, Tim then proceeded to implement what he promised and brought a buyer and a contract offer right at current market valuations. We signed the contract 25 days after listing. This was remarkable as the market is slow, with few buyers. After the contract was signed, Tim went far beyond the norm in Realtors; he was so helpful to us in assisting and guiding us through the process of getting our home ready for the sale. In Summary, Tim is the consummate seller’s agent, using all the latest media and reels to keep a property well positioned and up front in the broad internet marketplace. I picked a winner when I hired Tim to sell my house. If you’re thinking of selling, ask Tim to provide you a listing presentation on your home.
