Tim was nothing short of amazing helping us find our new home. He tirelessly worked on our behalf - from driving all around East Nashville and surrounding areas trying to scope out different pockets of interest, to supporting us through marathon showing days, to squeezing in a sudden viewing request on Day 1 of the perfect-for-us house coming on the market. He expertly navigated the contract, helping us draft an exceedingly strong offer and secure the property with that initial offer. He assisted us in navigating various hiccups to meet our 2 week closing timelines. On the personal side, Tim was consistently calm, kind, and courteous.
